What is Terra Trophy ?
Terra Trophy was created as a rally style event for the hardcore offroad and overland enthusiast. Terra Trophy combines competition with long distance adventure travel. The event is 4 full days of some of the hardest trails that the southeast has to offer! Drivers in each class will be given a GPS map with a long list of Virtual Checkpoints that must be crossed off. Only a set number of hours are given each day to hit checkpoints and teams may find themselves camping on the trails.
Drivers will be broken up into two seperate classes based off tire size. Small Tire Class for 37" and under and Large Tire Class for 38" and up. Additionally, teams can run as a solo rig OR as a team of three or more. There will be winners for each sub-class as well as overall for each class. All classes will be awarded payouts and the chance to be crowned the Terra Trophy Champion.
Over the course of the 4 days, teams will experience extreme rocky terrain, steep and off camber obstacles, deep rivers, and unforgiving mud. The map will include some of the best trails in the area as well as many of the trails at Adventure Offroad Park. All teams will have to locate and cross through each virtual checkpoint and return to the finish line to complete the rally.

Alongside the wildest offroad rally, our friends at Southeast Prerunners will be hosting the first prerunner "bash" in the southeast! This will include ripping the AOP short course and a full rally day for 2wd & 4wd prerunners! At night things will get going with prerunners on the short course giving ride alongs and time trial races! They will be lighting up the AOP stage with bands and of course amazing food trucks for the duration of the weekend.

SIGN UP HERE:
Entry Fee: $295.00 (Park Passes Included)
No limitations to passengers. All passengers will need to sign the waiver and pay for their park pass seperately.
GPS Timing
All Drivers will be required to use GPS Applications OnXOffroad or GAIA. Drivers will be given a GPX file for all trails and checkpoints the week prior to the event. This GPX file will have the track the rally staff took to map the course as well as all checkpoints required to hit during the rally.
When drivers leave the start line, they will be required to start recording a track for the day. Drivers will be given a limit of 14 hours per day to rally. Drivers can pause tracks, but GPS track can not be over 14 hours per day.
Each day, drivers will be required to start and stop recording of their tracks on the route. Once drivers have completed all checkpoints and crossed the finish line, the TT staff will review the recorded tracks for accuracy. Based off GPS mapping, all drivers must be within 50ft of the checkpoint to be considered completed.

It will be very important to make sure you are recording during the rally and your phone stays charged. We also HIGHLY recommend downloading the offline maps after importing the GPX files.

Format & Rules
Format
Terra Trophy will be a checkpoint navigation based rally. Drivers/Teams will be sent off in 2 minute intervals. Teams will be required to complete each trail over the 4 day period. All trails will have a "checkpoint" that will be required to stop at on each trail. The first team to complete all checkpoints will take home the win.
Trails
The Terra Trophy event will be located at Adventure Offroad Park and the surrounding Chattanooga, TN area. These trails will offer all types of terrain and push drivers and rigs to the limits. From steep rock climbs to muddy washes, Terra Trophy will offer it all. The trails given to each class are selected based of vehicle capabilities for the tire sizes for each class. Depending on weather, expect to be pulling winch line more than once during the event.
Leave Time
Leaving time for the first day will be based off registration time. The sooner you sign up, the sooner you are on the trails and fighting for the win!
Rally Start
The rally will begin Tuesday with driver check-in and tech. Wednesday will start with a drivers meeting and grid for start. First truck off the line will be 10:00AM . Teams/drivers will leave in 2 minute intervals. When leaving the line, teams will be required to maintain the required 10mph speed limit in the camping area.
Checkpoints
Each team will be given GPS based map with a list of Virtual Checkpoints. Each team is required to visit each trail and cross thru each checkpoint to complete the rally. There is no order to the checkpoints and it is up to teams to select the best routes to complete the list in the allowed time. All teams (non solo) will be required to have all vehicles present at each checkpoint on the rally. Teams will be given a 10 minute penalty for each checkpoint visited without all members of the team.
Rally Finish
The first solo team and multi-driver team from each class to complete all required trails will be crowned the Terra Trophy winners. The rally will continue once the winners have crossed the line.
